Bud Dungan serves as the president and founder of Gastronics, Inc.
Dungan’s pioneering work dates back to 1999 when he introduced the first commercially available wireless gas detector capable of transmitting gas measurements from remote locations to a central control station.
With over three decades of expertise in utilizing radio signals for transmitting gas reading data, Bud brings extensive knowledge in sensor technology and radio wireless systems to the forefront.
Mr. Hidalgo is a registered Professional Engineer with a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
He is responsible for integrated circuit board design, layout, and firmware engineering for all of Gastronics’ products. Additionally, Carlos assists our technical team with the configuration of HMIs and PLCs and provides technical support for our product certifications.
Over 30 years of successful business experience as Senior VP of Operations and Administration for an international manufacturer, importer and distributor of a wide- range of consumer products. During his tenure, company revenues increased from $12 million to $450 million, with significant growth from several acquisitions, which resulted in taking the company public on the NYSE.
Became founder and CEO of a proven third-party logistics and consumer packaging
company with revenues in excess of $20 million. Successfully operated over four million square feet of multi-facility warehousing and manufacturing space, providing 3PL operational services to a wide range of users including many fortune 500 companies.
Founded and currently operates a consulting service that utilizes over 40 years of proven Business-related experiences, providing clients with the best business practices, strategies and techniques that positively affect sales, operations and human resource development.
Mr. Parrino graduated from The University of Akron in 1998, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and a minor in Sales & Marketing.
Over the past 26 years, he has successfully served Gastronics in various key capacities. He is currently serving as Operations Manager responsible for all domestic and international logistics, ISO compliance, the procurement and assembly of various sensors and transmitters, and providing sales & repair services to customers.
Honorably serving in the United States Marine Corps, Mike brings over 14 years of proven production and technical experience with Gastronics.
He has developed strong expertise in managing and overseeing the assembly, testing, and installation of high-quality gas monitoring systems worldwide. Mike not only supervises production but also serves as the primary contact for customer technical support.
